Verify the unit is cooling properly. If the fan does not come on when the fan switch is pressed for several minutes, it may be faulty .
If the lights are out inside a refrigeration unit, see Refrigerator or Freezer Light Switch Information .Sub Zero Interior Lights Turned Off ' How to Guide (subzero-wolf.com)

Just a bad door switch. Turn the unit off, remove the upper grill, then remove the cover over the switches. there are 2. 1 with a black backside, and one that is all white. you want to replace the all white one with a new all white one. it just has 2 wires, doesn't matter what order they go in. pull em off and pop that thing out, then snap the new one into place. all of this should be done with the power off and the door open. Good Luck!
On this model, the lights work with the light switch, if it stick all the light in that section will not work. Parts number 7014646 (about 20 bucks) If only the control display is not illuminated then the bulb behind the control is the only problem.
I had the same problem with my sub-zero and finally resolved it (much to my wife's delight) by just replacing it. R&R was a lot simpler than having to work on it every time my wife had a problem.
I had to take my switch apart and clean and lube it and it worked fine. Or just replace the switch. It may have gotten some sticky ketchup in it like mine did.
If the refrigerator is working fine, you may have a bad door-switch. Open the refrigerator door, you will see two switches on top, the one on the left is for the lights; try to tweak it may just be stuck. If this does not work you have to replace it. You can double-check this by shining a flashlight behind the control panel and you can see the temp. and the other info. This means the panel is fine. You can also try to contact Sub Zero customer service, they may send you a new switch for free.
Good luck and I hope this help.
