When you plug in the phone via usb a box should come up asking you what you want to do with the device. Try to use the import or explore feature. Also some sd cards have a lock feature check for a switch or padlock icon on the physical disk

1-Disconnect the samsung phone GT-B5722 from the PC.
2-Switch off the phone samsung phone GT-B5722 .
3-Switch on samsung phone GT-B5722.
4-Input the code on samsung phone GT-B5722.
5-Reconnect again the samsung phone GT-B5722 to the PC.
With my shetty samsung phone GT-B5722 this works.
