The auger is controlled by a T-stat on the side of the combustion chamber. Open the side of the stove and you can see the auger motor and the thermostat that feeds it. It has a manual reset button on the back of the thermostat, press it.

SOURCE: plugged feeder on pellet stove

if u can get at it you can clean it, if you get at a little of it you may be able to hit it with a small brush or paper clip or finish nail or whatever while it is revolving. I spraye my old stoves auger with PB blaster then cleaned it and of course let it air out for 2 days as that is flamable. The cause is probably inferior non-hardwood pellets. Been there....and doing that .. good luck

My pellet stove won't contentiously feed pellets.

There are a few possible causes for this issue with your pellet stove. One possibility is that there is an issue with the auger feeding the pellets into the burn pot. The auger could be clogged, or the timing of the auger may need to be adjusted. Another possibility is that there is an issue with the airflow in the stove, which is preventing the fire from maintaining a consistent flame. The air intake or exhaust vents could be blocked, or the blower fan could be malfunctioning. Additionally, the control board of the stove could be malfunctioning, causing the auger and blower to cycle on and off erratically. It may be best to consult with a professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue with your pellet stove.

Pinnacle Pellet stove augre gets stuck

hmm, could be low power to the motor, heavier power cord, or it's possible the auger needs new bushing/bearings, wiggle the auger to see if it has any play in it OR it's fussy about the size of pellets it made to feed. please send pictures and or results.

Pellet stove augur starts and will start burning and then it back up pellets will not come out the augur will not spit out the pellets and they just get chared

auger may be jamming or motor is starting to go unplug unit and open back and oil auger motor and check operation- auger may not be sitting right in feeder tube also try a different pellet some pellets are bigger(sizes vary from company to company) which sometimes jam at feeder in hopper
