My son loved Bullseye from Toy Story and wont go near any rocking horses because they don't look like Bullseye. Is there a rocking horse made that looks like Bullseye?

replacement springs for some hobby horses are available at local hardware stores. Look for a select a spring assortment, or a store that can order from Servalite. They stock them in their catalog. Otherwise a handyman might be able to shorten the overstretched springs to raise the front legs.

Rocking horses have a bit of a reputation for being dangerous because of a few accidents involving the reins around the rocking horse. You do really have to be careful not to leave young children unattended.
And you can shorten the reins on the horse so that there's no danger of strangulation.
when kids go too fast on a rocking horse they can cause it to tip over but this is true of nearly all motion type toys.
i still think the rocking horse is a classic but you should be careful to supervise kids who are using it.

How many days have you had the baby? If he is dreaming of a rocking horse he won't give a dailey bonus until you build the rocking horse. You can tell if he is dreaming about it by looking at his thought bubbles when they pop up. Also I was having a problem with the baby and tried reseting my game and nothing would work. A little after 24 hours everything returned to normal. If all else fails give it 24 hours and these things work themselves out a lot. I don't think you can get rid of the baby until the quest is finished which requires building a bed, rocking horse and baby pool etc. It is ongoing for quite awhile.

I had the same problem with mine. There is **** in the upper part of the horses mouth if you gently pull it open a bit and look inside to the jaw area you can see where to reconnect the jaw and pop it back in place. There is also a wire connection near the mouth, so check and make sure this is also connected.
