Here are the measurements for basically every pasta maker:
Full Load
Liquid: 2 eggs and water to total 7 oz.
Flour: 3 1/2 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1 tsp?)
Half Load
Liquid: 1 egg and water to total 4 oz.
Flour: 1 3/4 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1/2 tsp?)
2 EGGS PLUS WATER = 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (not all recipes in the manual use eggs, but all do use 2 teaspoons of oil which would be included as part of the liquid. For recipes using an egg or eggs, put the oil and egg(s) in the measuring cup then add water to total 3/4 cup)
I measured and wrote amounts below in my instruction book in case I misplace the measuring cup.
Full Load Liquid: 2 eggs and water to total 7 oz. Flour: 3 1/2 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1 tsp?)
Half Load Liquid: 1 egg and water to total 4 oz. Flour: 1 3/4 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1/2 tsp?)
For 2 cups of flour, always use 2tbsp of olive oil, egg is optional and water to the line on the machine or add until the dough is the consistancy for the recipe.
