Slow startup is caused by programs that initialize during startup. THings like MSN messenger, any VPN software, or just about anything that runs in your system tray (down by the clock) try removing things from your startup folder and setting programs not to start when windows starts.
You can also shut down these programs from the run menu by running the msconfig command...but I suggest you research what you're turning off before you try that...as you could disable wanted processes,

Try defragmentibg the hard drive. It will be under your accessory tools section. It should talk a wgile so I recommend letting it run while you sleep. If this does not work, you may have a problem with the hard drive itself. I would recommend saving any files you need to a jump drive first. Then replace the hard drive. And other questions shoot ten my way.

if it has display, thn it might be problem ur windows
instead of it.
if computer does not give display thn u check the power adopter of ur laptop.
