Incoming calls ring once and the call is dropped. Callers say they hear the one ring and then a couple clicks and nothing service is thru AT&T on a GOPlan
In profile management under caller settings you should find an option there to set the number of rings before timing out. Set it to whatever your preference is and it should solve your problem. otherwise it may be a provider issue, try calling AT&T and explaining what's going on.

you have broken the microphone. quite easy if your mechanically minded, by the part from ebay or any mobile shop, get yourself a t6 screwdriver and open it up by the place where you put your mouth on the phone and change the microphone.
