Screen not coming on vtec innotab 2

You probably have a DVD player that does not play Blu Ray and you are trying to play a Blu Ray. Check that first and we will go from there.

Found this by going to Learning Lodge website on different device

try usiing just the charger without the rechargeable batts...if toy turns on with just that then prob maybe eiither the toy itself or you need new rechargeable batts

Try recharging the batteries, or try using another powersource. if this does not resolve the issue then you may need to call their hotline

have you tried calibrating the screen? You can do this by pressing the Home Button, question mark, and volume up button all at the same time. Turn the toy on without letting go of the other three buttons until you see the Touch Calibration Screen. If this does not help, then I suggest you call Vtech. It seems that toy that you have is already defective ma'am. have you called vtech?

Go to the settings under MY NAME and type in R-E-S-E-T to erase everything and start over. That is the only way to remove a name!!
