Normally they are held on with metal clips at each corner, just pull the seal back and unhook the clips to remove the seal..
Re fit by hooking the clips into the holes in the front of the oven, you will probably have to stretch the seal to get it to fit with it being new.

SOURCE: New World G70m Gas Double Oven switches it self off

Was sorted out with insurance from New World and it turned out to be a circuit board and all knobs replaced. You can get circuit board on ebay for about £38.00 plus postage if you are capable of fixing it yourself.

HI it could be agas pressure problem meter pressure too high get the gas company to check it out for you

Oven shut-down thermal fuse. Did it happen after a self-clean cycle?

The power keeps going off to the clock and the oven turns itself off

That is an ongoing problem with that model oven. It is the circuit board that is to blame. If the unit is still under warranty, call New World for the repair. If it's not, you will need to replace the board yourself.
