My Elio is the P810. I don't think it will work but I'll send you the files. To use them will be your own risk but it doesn't work know so you can't make it any worse. Greetings from Germany.

Elio Photo Jukebox TPJ-1022 Firmware and Software update I have formatted this device and it has wiped all the firmware/software off and now wont switch on. Does anyone know how to get this back...

Elio Photojukebox 810 Image not found - No operating system

Sorry it wasn't the Elio Jukebox with 20 GB, it was the Elio Jukebox with 4 GB.
And yes it's solved. I copied the files from a second Elio on it. Not the files from the CD!!! You must copy the files from a working unit. It works with mine. If you need the files - I can mail it to you. I am from Germany but after you copied the files you can change the language from German to English on the player menue.

Where do i get the operating system for my elio tatung 20gb jukebox?

i still had the firmware setup on my computer which i donwloaded last year from tatung.at. actually in my case it's not working (got no operation system on my jukebox) and always asks for the installation of the tatung media manager which i already have installed

Missing operating sistem in my elio player 20 GB

Hi Trueman, I have had a similar problem: Operating system not found. I fixed it by using elio utility that is installed along with elio Media Manager. The elio utility can be opened by clicking All Programs -> Elio -> elio utility. There are options like "Recover", "Reinstall" and so on. Try "Recover" at first. Good luck Regards F.M

Elio doesnt connect

i have similar problem, i think i know why mine doesn't work. My son connected the usb port to power supply, since then the elio manager does not recognise that the player is connected.... something must have blown in the usb circuitry

I mate I saw a reply to a thread on a forum regarding the Elio Photo Jukebox TPJ-1022. I have the same problem as you could you email the software/firmware on how to recover this item.
