It showing that pendrive is not accessible,request could not performed because of i/o device error.
If you have a linux distribution at all (eg Ubuntu, Fedora) or download a linux distro and use a live version (which is smaller than full version and can be ran off a usb so switch your machine to boot to usb once distro is on there) then you should be able to see the hard drive on a linux distro all fine with all files still on there. Also another option is get a virtual box program and open linux from that and access your files in that virtual distro
