Hello, My machine fills up with water but just as it's about to start turning, the 3 flashing lines appear, the buzzer goes off and the water automatically empties. However none of the 'check lights' (i.e., water inlet, drain, locked or detergent) flash. It's just the 3 lines which appear. I've cleaned out the filter. Any ideas what it could be? thanks!!

We had the same problem on a Premier 500 and solved it by tilting the machine forward. Some more water ran out and the lights went off.

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
Your filter of the water inlet valve is accessible outside the machine; it is at the water entry point. Close your faucet & check this out; this gets clogged often.

If your sure the water way is clear, unplug the unit, plug it back in,
and see if the error is gone, if not, place the water lines into the tub and turn on the water to make sure water is coming into unit, if so the problem lies somewhere else.
