If you have tried the Kodak standard instructions for clearing the paper jam problem and it did not help try the procedure below.
1. Open the printing area of the printer (containing the ink cartridges).
2. The Ink cartridge holder should be to right side of track.
3. Look on left side, below the track for the cartridge that is used to
clean the print heads. It can be identified by a square black pad
approx. 1" sqaure that appears to be made of "felt".
If it is visible this is most likely your problem.
4. To correct problem locate the flat latching lever approx. 3/4" wide that
sticks up about 1/2" above the cartridge. It is locacted just behind
the "felt" square. Gently push lever toward rear which should free the
cleaning cartridge and allow the entir cartridge to move slightly
backward.
5. Close the top of the printer and cycle the printer off and back on.
If this is the problem, the "paper jam" error will now be gone.
This is such a simple fix I do not know why kodak does not inform
customers of this problem and how to fix it.
I can find no operating instructions for the use of the Kodact ESP 7 printer duplicator. Can you stear me in the right direction?
There may be multiple reasons why you have a paper jam. To resolve your problem, here are the steps:
CAUTION: Place your KODAK All-in-One Printer on a flat, hardsurface that is free of debris to ensure proper operation. When addingpaper to the paper tray, debris or objects that are under the printercan enter the bottom opening and create obstructions in the paper path.
Manually clear the paper jam.

Greetings Thurnwood,
Sorry to hear about your trouble.
First thing I would do is check the printer to be sure you have removed all packing tape, and that any supply space is clear. If there are more than one resource locations for paper, be sure you have them in their correct positions.
Unplug the printer from your computer, and turn off the power. Leave it off for a couple of minutes then turn it is on. Do not connect to the computer but insert some paper and try printing via the stand alone option. Make sure you have calibrated the printer and that the print head and ink are installed correctly.
If none of this works, please call our 800 421 6699 and our team will make sure you are printing in no time flat.
Good luck, I will be around to see how you make out.
Best Regards,
Ron Baird
the friendly Kodak guy

I had the same problem, but after pressing the OK button when the paper jam came up again I pressed the CANCEL button and was able to print my document. See if that works for you too.
