The power jack moves in preventing the charger connection. Is it possible to insert a screw or some glue to keep the jack solid where it belongs. Or if there is a video of the step by step diss assembly

there is a small metal inside the dc socket that you need to pull towards the centre so i makes better contact with the charger

One thing you can try is
remove the RAM and the Hard drive and the battery and any power source let it sit for 10 minutes or so for the capacitors to discharge the energy in their stores. I would probably get a can of compressed air thats made for computers and give it a good couple times over getting in those ports.
Sometimes if a laptop receives a power spike it will retain that extra energy or in turn it causes a glitch. I.E the computer refusing to power up. It could also be a failsafe. I have repaired countless laptops that seemed DOA but sometimes it happens.
Give it a try and let me know what happens

The loose connection for the AC adapter means the motherboard needs to be replaced or the AC adapter jack on the motherboard needs to be replaced. (With Labor, it is about the same cost to buy a new motherboard as it is to have the old one fixed)
Motherboards are available on EBay for around $100

Sounds like a short on the motherboard. Usually a capacitor has blown to protect the motherboard from high voltages. I'm sure you could get that motherboard repaired if you go to the right place.
