It sounds like you looked for pattern files for a certain antivirus tool using the same antivirus tool and were told they were current. If that's the case, good work and you can try manually installing pattern files from the antivirus makers' site and possibly meet success in making SystemSuite 8 happy, but things are going fine if you get new pattern files weekly or so. (If not, you can just install a different antivirus, uninstalling the first in the process.)
1.change another Installation CD of Windows XP service pack 2 or install Windows Vista. 2. if any track of your CD is corrupted, then this type of error comes. 3. sometime if your hard is not formated correctly, then also some fatal error comes. 4. when formating always do full format, donot do quick format.
These suites get way to crazy because of how they try to force people not to copyright them. Within your install process a rootkit was installed and it wont come out of your computer...do what I did...

It is a poor quality player. It probably isn't built-to-last and as I can see, has problems. Try going into My Computer and right click it, Format it and select all the songs and drag onto the player and see what happens.
