DISPLAY GOES OFF

Hope this helps.... Your monitor has an inverter issue. You know it's an inverter problem when:
1. Your monitor starts normally and displays the startup/desktop screen for a while.
2. Then it suddenly goes off, leaving a blank (black) screen or a very dim display.

From the description the computer does not support the 32in lcd set, does it have a second input? try it if available.

Both monitors must be plugged in when the computer is started for the second monitor to be detected, and you must configure the second monitor once the computer has started
In windows XP: control panel -> display -> settings tab -> select second display -> check "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" -> click apply
In windows vista/7: control panel -> adjust screen resolution -> select second display and then under "multiple displays" select "Extend desktop to this display"

Try start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.

There is a symbol of Two monitors on F3 Or F4 button

1. Press Fn key and hold it
2. by holding Fn key press F3 key

Your monitor will start displaying

oboy, One thing to try is the flashlight test. and get backto me with your findings. Tell me, does this lcd show a nice display only for 1-2 seconds and then a black screen when connected to a fully booted PC with Windows desktop displayed? Shine a bright flashlight 1-2 inches from panel and tell me if you see the WINDOWS START Button at lower left of screen even though screen is black! Get back to me if you can. If tried the monitor on two other computers with the same result -- definitly your monitor is faulty. Take it to the repair shop. To make double sure, run your computer with another monitor. If everything is fine now; you can blame the monitor.

I've had a very similar issue on many Dell Monitors. Mine have been under warranty and they usually send me a new monitor, but I believe the issue lies with the power supply within the monitor.

Try connecting the wires properly. try changing the VGA cable. i had the same problem my screen goes black some times and pink i changed the VGA cable it was absolutely fine!!!
