Every time I try to print an email, news articles off the net, etc., the print is too small to read. I changed the font so it reads larger thru tools/options/read/fonts/largest, but I can't get it to print the documents out with larger print. I don't know how to fix this problem. Can you help me?

Re: font size problem when printing documents
Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.

Usually emails are compressed in such a way that they take very little space therefore their font sizes are always small. Due to this before printing you are supposed to increase the font size before printing is done otherwise the prints are bound to come out small like font size 3 or 4. The best way to do this is to increase the size of the display before printing is done. you can increase the display size by using the ctrl and + keys. Press down the ctrl and press the + accordingly and the display will become bolderdo this to the document print preview before printing. Hope this solution has been helpful? If you are trying to print emails directly, you must change font size in Internet Explorer options for font size which controls email print size in Outlook Express. You may copy to a Word doc to control fonts there.
Hi, The printed documents character size can be changed by changing the FONT SIZE. If the article is written on a MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENT or via an E-Mail client, you will find options to change the font size on the task bar. On the E-mail/Microsoft word client you are working on the Toolbar section it will have options to Choose the font. e.g: TimesNew Roman, Verdana e.t.c.
All you need to do is while typing on your client, select the entire sentence/paragraph tha you have written and then go to the font section. There you can choose the font of your choice and also increase the font size to 10 to 72. Ideal font should be between 10 to 16.

Assuming that normal printing is fine, This is due to the size of the print in the email. To output larger print you'll have to copy the email into a document, change the size and then print the document.
Hi, my name is adam. I am pretty sure what you are describing is a common problem. Before you print you need to go to print setup or print preview and change the zoom settings so that when it prints it can be zoomed to where you can see it clearer.
