Go to the control pannel witch is in your start menu right hand side, then switch the view to large icons if you use (windows 7) or classic view for (windows vista) find the mouse properties then in there click on the hardware tab at the top then click on the properties box or it could say settings then you'll see all the settings in a box click on them & they will highlight & give you a little + symbol click on these to show all the settings. good look if you get stuck giz a bell free LAND LINE:01228 523603

Boot up into safe mode (F8 at startup) and pick the 'administrator' login. By default there is no password for this, and that should get you in. Then you remove the password from the other account. :-)
