On first attempt, I downloaded driver to My Documents.

On second attempt, to My computer.Yes, I did extract files from the zip or .exe. The desired driver is um220xp2.exe(Windows XP/2000)...However, in my desperation, I also downloaded um301vis.exe(Windows Vista/XP), and um122me9exe(Windows Me/98....

Is their a setup file in the folder where you unziped the files? Sometimes only the setup program can install the files correctly, and will require you to restart after you have run it.

Again what piece of hardware are you trying to get working?

I think u have the same problem as me , i have the tunner TV2000 XP Expert for about 2 - 3 years and the drivers from the manufacturer's site don't work , the only drivers that worked are from the cd provided with the tv tunner card ... so you better start searching that cd like me :) , i searched google for the old driver but without a result. Buy a new device. I tried for 2 days to get mine working. downloaded driver version 3.0 several times.Deleted, rebooted etc,etc. Now have ordered Diamond VC500 One Touch Capture, which is made for win Xp and Vista. i think the DSB-V100 is just to old .

When you get there, select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down see the webcam driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.

You can download the installation software from manufacturer's website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) and the language (English) from the drop-down menu and click on the "Go" button. Then download the required software.
The list of available software will load only after selecting the operating system of the computer.

I think you have downloaded the driver for windows XP 32 bit OS, and i think that your PC supports Windows XP 64 bit Operating System.

Click here to download the software for Windows XP 64 bit Operating System.

DOWNLOAD (x64Drv5.64.0.17.exe)

Installation Instructions: USB Connection
1. Download the x64Drv5.64.0.17.exe file.
2. Once downloaded, choose Open or just run the x64Drv5.64.0.17.exe.
3. Follow onscreen instructions listed below.
Note: There may be a long pause between each of the steps below.
4. Choose Direct Connect.
5. Power on the printer, and connect it to the computer when prompted.
