They might have it in the stores, but chances are slim. Then go online to see if you can find the part. If not there go to the company and they will send you the part you need. Or tell you where you can get the part.

I figured out this problem today. I was ready to get a torch and saw to get it apart. It looks so simple and everything says no tools required. If your like me and bought it used, you don’t even know how it went together to reference from. So, start with the roof it’s easy to remove. For the walls I used a crowbar and brut strength. I turned it onto the back wall side. So the door should be facing up to the sky. Now, get the crowbar or something to use to get in between the roof log and the side wall log. Now pry up on the roof, push hard! The wall will slide up and break free from it’s locked together position. I quickly rejoiced and was happy when I Hurd the thunk and saw the wall moving a bit. I pulled up on the wall and quickly went back into frustration mode. But don’t fear, this is where the brut strength come in. I stepped on the wall flat on the ground and got my shoulder under the wall facing the sky. I stood up, my shoulder pushing the top wall and bam ??! One of the side wall logs jammed into the top wall came loose. After that I just kept doing the same thing and eventually was able to disassemble the rest. Two people may make this easier but I had just me and my two year old.

Tools needed: Pry bar and a strong shoulder

Most hobby stores sell Evergreen or Plastruct products. These are replacement plastic products which can be fashioned into many different shapes. The roof you're pictured should be easy to make with these products.

Yes you can get a replacement of that part. Little Tykes usually sends them for free if your did not have it in the shipment. If you just lost it there may be a very small fee. Contact Little Tikes customer service at 1-866-582-4386

I am looking for a replacement tunnel for ours. Would you be willing to sell the tunnel??

To take apart...Start with the slides, remove the rods first. Then select any exterior panel corner and pull up on one side and push down on the other. The tabs just slide, there is no hardware to loosen. Hope this helps.

If the wall holding water is your concern, drill a large hole in the bottom of the wall where it meets the ground . Then, water will not collect in there.
If you are concerned with pinching little fingers then use a small amount of silicone caulk on the cracked areas and let it dry in the sun for about 12 -24 hours.
