The instructions manual can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website at www.mscutomercare.com. Good luck. I finally got my Samsung flat screen to work but can't get the DirecTV satelite or the Toshiba HD DVD. I'm giving up and giving it to my mother in law who's blind as a bat and only needs it for a TV. She needs it worse than I do anyway so maybe it was meant to be.
