c-3725 -> Fusing abnormal high temperature detection. To get rid of this code, you have to follow the below procedure:
1. Shut down from the main power switch wait for a few seconds and then start it up while keeping the 'Utility/Counter' button pressed;
2. keep it pressed until the reset button appears on the touch screen, release the 'Utility/Counter' button, touch the reset button and an OK message should appear below.
3. Restart it normally and it should work.

Has the developer been replaced along with the drum They are normally replaced as one. If not that is why it is coding out. If not with power off then on have tech come out and replace the developer and drum mite require the sensor in the developer cartridge mite be bad.

Abnormality is detected by the abnormal check of each NVRAM Data. Need to have tech come out try to re flash the firmware on the machine worse case you need a new control board and the Non Volametile memory is gone which house certain counter info and boot info for the copier not available on the internet only secure site at Konica Minolta they want to protect their software

Check the toner/drum cartridge. reboot the printer. This could've a high voltage power supply issue.

Error code c2557 means "Auto Toner Density Control sensor abnormality" (ATDC)
