Rather than turn printer off, unplug from power source, wait a few minutes and plug back in. It's worked twice for me so far...

SOURCE: how do I fix a transfer belt laser error?

The transfer belt is a consumable like the toner, you will have to buy a new one once its run out so your printer is telling you it has so buy a new one. They look like a small conveyor belt from a supermarket and is generally located under the toner or fuser unit housing.

SOURCE: samsung transfer belt color

First Take out the transfer belt out again and refix and put the connectors properly.
Next check the driver settings.
Check the toners are present and working by installing a samsung smart panel software.
then u print .
If the same thing exists. take assistance of service center. it may be HVPS problem.

How do I clean the transfer belt
The transfer belt has it's only cleaning unit, part number 604K07062. Before printing if you see toner on the transfer belt you can clean it off with a lint free cloth or toner rag, but if it comes back you'll need to replace the belt cleaner.

for the solution, SM says you should try refitting Transfer Cleaner Unit(misplacing could occur) or change the PWB-M board.
