Ink system is failed. Unable to print. It is showing refer to printer documentation. error oxc18a0101 Two days back we have replaced the black and blue cartridges. The ink level is full except pink. Red light is blinking in the printer.Kindly help me for solve this problem.Thank you.

please understand that this is an issue with the printer hardware and not the cartridges.so dont waste ur money purchasing new in cartridges hence refer to this document

normally in this scenario the whole printer needs to be replaced..

You need to reset the printer. Please follow the instructions in this link, and if that doesn't work, try this link.
If neither is successful, you may have to have the unit serviced, but usually one or the other method will get your printer back online.

I have theHP photosmartd7260. I am getting an error code - oxc18a0001 - ink system has failed - unable to print

IssueAn 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print. 
Solution
Press the On button to turn the printer off. 
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Remove all the ink cartridges.
Wait two minutes.
Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on. 
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.
If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
