Plz confm that bluetooth icon is coming on screen or not when u turn it ON. Try to find ur cell by via bluetooth by checking from other handset.Confm any error message if any.

Track ID should work if your internet works so check your internet works first then try it, If your internet doesn't work I have to use my PC internet because my phone internet runs off it, it's so confusing. Hope this helped tho.

Sony ericsson 880i when listening through the headphones the sound only comes from 1 side & not the other

First check if your headphone is properly connected to the port. Clean ports. If still not solved your problem it may happen that one of your speakers has got damaged.

You should have a PUK number, on the plastic card where your sim card was. Enter 2-3 more pin numbers and your phone will lock itself and request the PUK number... tap it in and hey! presto.
