You can download the driver @ nextar.com for Nextar MA933A. However it seems you only need the driver for it if you are using windows 98 or windows 200 prior to SP3. At the link above you can also download the manual, and read the FAQ section.

Nextar mp3 not recognized on windows xp pc
Did you download the drivers for the stick? Go to nestar's website and download the drivers for the brand and model you have, than plug it in to the usb port and you should be good to go.
