I hope someone can help with this problem. My WS-65611 has always been a great TV, but lately it think it's losing sync on tv programs, either live or recorded, on my DirecTV Hi-Def dvr. If I switch the input to one of the 480i inputs, it works ok, so it's not the box or cables. The screen goes black & audio stops, and none of the remotes work. When it comes back, there's a message saying there was a power outage or a connection is wrong. Sometimes, the audio goes all the way up, sometimes it goes down. The reason I think sync might be involved is that when I put up the device menu (if the buttons happen to be working), the audio & video come back. I was thinking that was caused by the menu providing the sync for the picture. I just can't stand it flashing on & off, sometimes screwing up for hours, sometimes perfect for days at a time. If I had to guess based on the intermittant nature of the problem, I'd say something is loose, probably the input for the green component cable that carries the sync. But it'll cost me about $100 for a housecall by a repairman, and another $85 for an estimate, before they even fix the darn thing. Is it worth fixing? Is the whole thing ready to go belly-up? Please keep whatever answer you can come up with in layman's terms, because I obviously don't know what I'm talking about.
Ok please tell me your main problem! in short!
ok the problem is the tv right! base in your complaint the system is in
abnormally function! my customer in my repair center is the same

Sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to tell me. It has an integrated HD receiver, but I want more HD than I can get with an off-air antenna. I'm hooked up to a DirecTV HD Digital Video Recorder.

The TV loses either power or the signal periodically. It goes to black, audio stops, remotes don't work. When it comes back after a few seconds, audio is higher or lower. Sometimes the remotes work, sometimes they don't. This only happens on the 1080i input from the DirecTV Tivo, either live or recorded.
