I lost mine as well, and bought a wireless Microsoft 6000 mouse for the transceiver. It worked for my 7000 mouse and my 7000 keyboard. I am going to attempt the transceiver for the 4000, as it uses 2.4 ghz technology and see what happens.

SOURCE: I dropped my computer with

Each mouse is synced to only the one particular receiver, so no replacement. But do try calling Microsoft. The Arc comes with a 3 year warranty, and 90 days technical support. Tech support time starts from your first call to them, not from purchase date. You'll need the Product Identification Number which is inside the battery compartment and labeled "PID".

I just worked with them to get help for my Arc that just refused to work after a year, and they are sending a replacement.

Where is the pairing button on Microsoft wireless keyboard 6000 v3.0 or does it need a USB plug

The Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3.0 comes with a USB transceiver that you need to plug into your computer's USB port to connect the keyboard to your computer. The keyboard and the transceiver are pre-paired from the factory, so you don't need to pair them again unless you replace the transceiver or the keyboard. If you do need to pair the keyboard and the transceiver again, you can follow these steps: 1. Insert the USB transceiver into your computer's USB port. 2. Turn on the keyboard. 3. Press and hold the "Connect" button on the underside of the keyboard for a few seconds until the green light on the transceiver starts flashing. 4. Press the "Connect" button on the USB transceiver. 5. The green light on the transceiver should stop flashing and stay on, indicating that the keyboard and the transceiver are now paired. Note that there is no separate pairing button on the Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3.0 itself. hope it would be of use to you

Lost transceiver for 90509A-PNK

you'll probably pay more for the replacement than a new keyboard. If they don't make this one anymore buy a new one (the transceiver from the new one probably will work with the old one)
