Rolling horizontal lines. Changing picture shape like fish eye lens view.

Need the model number of the Hitachi which should be listed n the rear cover. I should be able to assist but will need the Model Number to determine which chassis design you have.

OK that is the clear indication of bad signal board..

That problem is caused by failed Capacitors on the signal and FMT power boards. which is a very common problem for mitsubishi TVs. There are repair kits available for the V26 dlp which contain the capacitors and instructions on how to do the repair. Heres a link check under the repair kits category.

Replace Verical IC and componets in same circuit maybe 2or3 bad capacitors. 100uf 35v ,1uf or 2.2uf 50volt. you need to order vertical Kit.

you will need to replace capisitor Cc10 its Value is 1000uf @ 16v the cap is a filter On Sw +9v Line , on pin 20 of Ic01, ( or corma Jungle IC)

You most likely don't need to replace a board. You should solder the bottom of the vertical output, it probably has bad connections. If you don't know where the vertical output is, give me a model number and i will give you a location, or take a picture of the deflection board and i will circle it.

It ended up being the Verizon Fios box. We recycled it and the picture stopped rolling. Thank you for being here to help. If I have any future questions, I'll definitely use your site.

Replace all electrolitic capacitors on the Proscan pcb.
