Hello there! Becki Barned with Dish Network customer service here! There are a few reasons for this. There could be a problem with the receiver itself, cabling, or a component on the dish itself. Normally, it is due to a corrupted cable, or the receiver not being able to pull in signal. Unplugging the receiver for 10 seconds in most cases, will help. Blog back if any other troubles!
this problem can be due to 2 reasons.because of network problems or due to problem of the set.to know this try to send sms using another set from the same connection.if problem still exists that is due to network problems .then call connection providers for assistance.
the solution is quite simple just reach yor service provider and request for the sms settings which you will get for free as an SMS
save the settings and you'll be able to send the SMS, same goes about MMS
this depends upon the service provider time zone and the model of phone used by the sender... usually some of the service providers use GMT but mostly all use their standard time zones... so this might hapen most of the times..
