Is your receiver plugged directly into a wall outlet; use your voltmeter (or in absence of one, a desk lamp or some other small appliance) into each of the duplex receptacles. I have gone on service calls where the outlet was defective- where one side of the duplex receptacle had power to it, while the lower branch was dead.
Or is your receiver plugged into a power strip / surge protector?
Check to make sure that the internal breaker (if so equipped) did not "trip". I would also check each of the outlets on the strip to make sure they have power going to them too. One could be out while the rest are fine.
The reason why I say this, is you mentioned you have continuity (the potential path for electricity to complete its circuit) but you did not mention if you are getting voltage (energized) from the plug to the transformer.
Check voltage readings at the power "on-off button too- remember, a switch is just a break in the line current. That may be defective.
Thanks for the suggestion. I should have indicated that I had power too instead of just continuity. I've tested and used several outlets. When unit was working, pushing the power button would energize a "relay" (semi-loud click) and I get nothing at all. That is why I was wondering about a possible 4th fuse that I can't find. Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
Mike I can't find any online wiring schematics for your receiver. I hope there is a diagram on the inside cover of yours. Most likely the "4th" fuse you are looking for are the fusible resistors used on the circuit board. Fusible resistors are resistors that are designed to "open" without flames when overloaded- they are sometimes called flameproof resistors. Reading the circuit board at pin outs R319, R320, R1319, and R1320 are 100 OHM (+5%) 1/4 watt fused resitors; so you'll have to take resistance readings at the component level. 4.7 OHM (+5%) 1/4 watt fusible resistors are used at pin outs R333, R334, R335, R336, R337, R338, R339, R340, R1333, R1334, R1335, R1336, R1337, R1338, R1339, and R1340- according to the parts list for your receiver. Hope this helps.

I have a mitsubishi 48" integrated 1080. The Timer green light keeps blinking. I have no picture. Can this be the fuse? My coworkers say this might be the problem. Can I replace it myself? If so, where is it located?
