I can’t seem to turn the camera on. I have attempted several options to try to turn the camera on, but have had not experienced any success. I have had the best success, while DC is plugged in, when the review button is held in for three+ seconds while turning the machine on. Bu then it promptly shuts down. When the camera is unplugged from the DC power there is no indication of having any power, the rechargable battiers charge all night, have also tried regular duracell batteris, nothing. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Plug it in dc power if you have a docking station the unplug the cord from the dock and into the camerea. regargable batteries only charge if the cameras sitting in a docking station

This problem is frequently due to corroded battery terminals inside the
camera. Remove the batteries and wipe the terminals with a soft cloth
(heavy corrosion may require a fine wire brush, steel wool, or
sandpaper). Remove any residue left in the camera by the cleaning.
Clean the terminals on the batteries in the same manner, and then
replace them in the camera. This cures most problems, but if it
doesn't work for you, check the Kodak troubleshooting guide at:

*Turn off the camera.
*Install a set of new or fully charged batteries into the camera.
*Turn on the camera.
*Press the Flash Status button to scroll through the flash options until Fill Flash(the lightning bolt icon alone, with no other letter or symbol) is displayed. This forces the camera to use the flash.
