Need the information on the sound card... go to start > run. Type in "dxdiag" without quotations... once the data loads go to the "Sound" tab at the top there are three boxes there "Device" "Drivers" and "DirectX features", you'll have to provide everything in the "Device" box so someone can point you to the right driver. Most important is "Name" and "Device ID"
