Phibtn.exe problem I have a philips 900NC pc cam with mic.i lost its cd.i can use its mic feature.But pc cant recognise its cam. feature.The problem is everytime i try to solve problem,it asks me phibtn.exe file to copy from direction c:/windows/options/install
but there isnnt such file:(:(:(:(
and i cant use my cam
ilove my cam dont wana buy another please fix my problem:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

That was a lousy suggestion that Nuance gave you. The operating system doesn't care where on the hard drive the information is or how close to another folder one specific bit ( bytes ) is. If it were me I would let them know that too
Just checked with Phillips and there 4 different models of your webcam all ending with a /xx after the ' spc900nc '...

They will also answer questions about support. You will have to type your webcam info into the box in the top middle of the screen.
