I just got a new edifice multi dial watch. I work at a deli and sometimes look at my watch for the time. I've had it for a week. Twice the time has stopped for 20 mins and then restarted. It's not digital so I know electronics is not the issue. When I set the time up to 20 mins it operates just fine. Why does my watch do this? It seems to be for only 20 mins then when I look at my watch, it is working.

Make sure the dial that is used to set your watch is snug against the frame of the watch. Sometimes when people reset the time on their watches they don't push the dial all the way back in which will cause it to stop. If it is an intermitten problem it may be close but not all the way in. Some watches continue to run when they are being set; whereas, some stop when the dial is pulled to reset them.
