Lost a piece of the black plastic steaming wand

Product: Saeco Via Venezia. Need to purchase the black plastic steaming end that fits onto of the steaming wand. I lost the little, tiny plasic piece inside that black steaming wand that hold it securely onto the metal steaming wand. Any suggestions where I could get one?

    Funny you should say that... Isnt' there 2 different black pieces in the frothing wand? This just happened to us as well.

Weak steam flow from milk frothing wand.

This is usually a sign it needs a de-scale. you can get a de-scale solution from most coffee machine retailers. Vinegar can be to harsh and ruin your seals. After frothing your milk make sure you let some steam through without milk to clear milk that can be sucked up wand. You can get cleaning instructions of Saeco web site. Good luck

Nozzle won't stay on steam tube

There should be two rubber pieces inside the threaded collar & cap that help produce a pressure fit onto the wand itself. There is a total of five plastic pieces on my steam wand excluding the wand itself on my Via Venezia by Saeco I purchased a year ago. Sounds to me like you lost one of you rubber gromets! Just my thoughts!

Looking for a rubber ring for the Saeco Via Venezia. It fits on the steam arm to keep the plastic steam sleeve in place.

you can find that ring to home depot or any other hardware store.Is called o-ring and if you bring your little part with you someone will help you to find one in home depot.This part is also used in air compression department for airgun atec.
