The door where the batteries go, is broken, can it be fixed and how do I go about it?

Red light indicates that the battery is out of charged., Now if th ebatetry is out of charged there will be no chances for you to connect it using your computer., C530 will not charged using the USB cable., try to charged the batetry or purchase new sets of battery
