Hello
If Netflix isn't working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your Netflix app or account. To get back to watching, first check if there is an error code or error message on-screen.

I had Netflix on my desktop and now it is not there

you said APP, mobile app and the tv app.?
no device stated or hinted,
but the clue DESKTOP. well PCs have desktops not cellphones or TV. so...

NO PC stated ,wow, that is amazing that lack.

NO OS stated. window 10? , Linux. Chrome, Citrix, or? what?

Netflix app, well in windows 10 there is no need for any app.
just book mark, Netflix.com in your unstated browser.
even turn on , autologin in the browser.
in the w10 run box , type netfix, see the app now, then click it.

the supported device list is here, at (drum roll)netfix.
https://devices.netflix.com/en/

8 classes of devices, what might you be USING< unstated !

if you do have a real PC the browser can be setup so it has a desktop link and runs runs say firefox and goes directly to Netflix.
or set you browser to home page = netfix.com (settings)
this is LINK not an APP.
ask how if doing that.

My netflix app isn't loading on my iphone 4. it was working 15 minutes ago.

Hello,
What you are going to want to do is simply delete and then re-download the Netflix app. This is a common problem among iPhone users.

1. Press and hold Netflix app until it begins to jiggle
2. Press the small x in upper corner of app
3. Proceed to re-download app fro app store

I have iPod 1 iOS 5.1.1 how can I do to down load. App of netflix

iPod or iPad?

Anyway, if you can't download it, it's most likely compatibility issues. Either your iOS is too outdated, the device is too outdated, or there isn't enough free space on the device.
