I have been asked to make a unit work. I only have a general operation document, which tells me nothing. I need to remove the drum unit, but it seems to be stuck. I have found what looks like a release lever, but it won't move. Can you help me?

Re: I want to replace the toner unit.
Release lever is for releasing TONER out of drum not for releasing drum... drum should pull out slightly up and forward with toner attached fully. If it is stuck then their may check if a sheet of a4 is stuck and holding it in.

If it tells you the DRUM is low it has nothing to do with toner, it probably meens you need to replace the DRUM unit (aluminium blue/green cylinder in the device) dont forget to reset the timer after replacement
If it is the there is a gear that can be reset on the toner cartridge to tell the machine its a new toner cartridge. This is normally done by an engineer, but is quite easy to do if you know how. And I do :0
This is telling you to replace the "DRUM" of the printer. This is different from the "TONER". Normally, the drum is attached to the toner cartridge. Check your printer documentation. You may be able to purchase a drum/toner kit. Drums last longer than Toner cartridges so you will replace the Toner cartridge more often than the Drum.
laser Printer shows a message and do not prints any document. When i
try to print any document. My printer shows a message "Toner Exhausted,
Replace Toner". Plz tell me how can i solve my this printer's solution.
a solid line on every page is either a defective toner cartridge or imaging drum. since you did not specify your printer type and model, I can only go by general print quality generalities. A Void can be caused by other things, such as a bad printhead or dirt on the print head, but a line is usually caused by a defect on the imaging unit, developer, or toner cartridge (on units with a toner cartridge, the developer and imaging unit are enclosed in the cartridge).
