This seems a bit strange, when I try to browse different sites parallely my modem break off and gives me limited or no connectivity, I checked with my ISP and he has asked me to change the modem. It is more than one year that I bought this modem with wifi. Can anyone please suggest me what to do with this. Very annoying, everytime I have to reset the modem. If I just dont browse it multi pages it works fine.

Try resetting the router. You can find a small hole with a button inside it at the back of the modem. Use a pin or a paperclip to press it for 5-10 seconds so that it will be restored to the factory settings.
Double check that you are using the proper WEP key and VPN settings. You can also try using a different channel for your wireless. Many of these systems use Channel 6 as the default channel. Change this to channel 10 in the router. If you are forcing 105mbs you will need to change that to automatic to make this change as in forced 105 mode the only broadcast channel to use if 6.
I have the same modem/router. I had the same problem. I had to call my service provider and they had to put the modem into the system so the ip address would so up correctly. You need to call them and tell them what kind of modem you have. Have the model number and serial number ready to give them. They will have to make some adjustments on their end and they will most likely tell you to reset your modem. After that it should work fine. My worked fine after I talked to them and they made their adjustments. I hope this helps you.
You can get the message even if you have the ports open. As long as the patch is downloading just ignore it. it may sit in the same spot for a bit but its still transferring. I've never noticed a difference in speed. It will take quite a while for a new install to patch. I'd leave it for a few hours.
Please see the specicification, also check with you company
IT Admin, to release it to the Max speed or to check the
net work cable, may be too long, also Test the cable with a Data Test meter and conform the data quality. Or change the port from main router.
Otherwise change the whole networking router.
