How to Open stroller

When the chassis is open but with no seat/carrycot/car seat on, it will move like it is not locked properly, this is normal. When you place a component on top, this will then lock the chassis completely.

You need to release the red clip that holds the stroller closed first. Look around for that. Then, pull the parent handle and one of the child trays apart until the stroller locks in the open position.

I know how you feel, I had the same problem the only stroller that they could'nt open was perego ones,you can buy a baby buddy at albeebaby.com and attach it to the stroller, it buckles on the back so they can't open it,It worked for me..

there is some red lock on the left side of the stroller just open it

on the side of the stroller the should be a latch lock type of mechanism holding the stroller closed. the hook part of the lock is plastic and the same color of the stroller tubing, but the little part it latches on to should be a bright red color. just locate this lock and release it. you should be able to pull the stroller open. hope this helps. if you're still having trouble, [email protected]

I own two of these strollers- but can't remember what side! haha.. anyways- I think the 'locking mechanisim" is on the right side. On mine- it's a big red "clip".. when the stroller is closed it will be located between two of the metal posts--- when you find it- all you need to do is press down on the side with the grooves- and it will spring the other side up off the clip and as you are holding it- you should be able to open the stroller enough that you can just grab the hand rails and pull it open and everything will 'snap' into place and you're off!
