Press Select and Return buttons at the same time while printer is powering on. Once you have the Config menu, choose Factory Defaults, then hit Select.
with the power off hold down the select and return buttons while holding power up till the printer comes to performing self test wait until the config menu show in the control panel. toggle the right arrow till you get to panel menu hit select use the right arrow to change to enable hit select it should say setting saved and your problem is gone
i take it that the printer does not go to ready? does you printer stop with 64mb in the display? if it does change the network card. if this isnt the problem some more info would be great
try replacing the ethernet cards in these printers these have nvram chips that are known to fail. a failing chip can create stalling. t630 632 634 are the only lexmark lasers that will not boot all the way with out the ethernet card
