Manual for Model # ETFT Turk N Surf - Masterbuilt Turk-'N'-Surf's Turkey Fryer

Go to the MasterBuilt website via this link - and search the list for the Electric Turkey Fryer models that most closely resemble your model. They all seem to show digital controls now, with and without drain valves, but I think the information is essentially the same as for the older dial control models. Recipes are included in the PDF files.

I can't find any parts for my fryer either. I don't think they even make the parts anymore. You could contact customer service at 1-800-489-1581 and give them the model number (SEDTFV).

I was told they do not make them anymore. I had the same problem.

Get to Masterbuilt Turk shop where you got the fryer and buy a new code for the replacement of the old one.

Go to www.masterbuilt.com and you can download a manual there. Model number is SEDTFV
