My phone all of a sudden lost all power. I sent a text, got a reply and picked up my phone to make a call about 30 minutes later and nothing. even when I plug it in there is no power.
Remove your battery, rub golden points with an eraser..and then place it again. make sure the black marks on the golden points have reduced and there are no leftover from the rubbing which get into your phone.
Otherwise:
Charger port might have stopped working.
Or check if your charger is working properly.
maybe you guys didnt understand, NO POWER EVEN WHEN PLUGGED IN. dirty battery terminals cant possibly be interferring with power from the wall. please try again or even better send me addresses to nearby service centers please.
