You should try to do a hard reset. While holding down on the far left (calendar) and far right (iTask) press in on the reset button (reset hole) with your stylus for about 2-3 seconds. The Pocket PC should reset and power back on. If the device does not power back on, make sure that the battery lock switch is to the left (locked).

Cd drive doesn't see sims 2 double deluxe

I tried the sims 2 game on another computer, which has vista home premium OS. The same problem occurred on that computer. I wonder if the game changed the registry and prevents the game from being reinstalled.

Bought motorola v235 cell phone from e bay, put sims card in and turned it on it say insert sims card and there is a yellow circle with an exclamination point and also a blue dot on the top right side.e...

I cut out a piece of plastic about the same thickness as the sim card and cut out a duplicate of the sims card and inserted it in the phone and it worked, evidentaly the new sims card cellular one sent us was a little bit thinner than the old one .and was making contact. problem resolved, cellular one let us hang without helping us ,they wanted us to join at&t on a new plan, not as good as the old plan we can keep now, since at&t does not support old cellular one phones.and this v235 phone works just perfect.

Phone problems

I have had a new orange sim card for my SonyE W850i, however the new sim card isnt connecting to the phone (i think). I have noticed that the new sim card has a smaller 'chip?' on it. Could this be the problem. I have tested both the phone and the sim card on phones/ sims and they seem to work fine, just not when they are together. It seems as though they are incompatible (the phone is an orange make so there should be no problems there). The phone sometimes reads 'insert sim'. athough other times it works ok but then for no reason it breaks down to 'insert sim' again.

Phone code

The phone code locks your t830 to the inserted SIM card, if you change the SIM the unit asks for this code. If you don't know the code (ebay?) there are three possibilities:
1. ask the formerly owner for the key
2. insert the "old" SIM-Card and delete the key in the phone-settings-menu by pressing "forgot code" and entering only the SIM-Card-Code
3. send your device to FSC with your bill (ebay?)

How do I Insert new sims card

Some 3360 and other models were manufactured for different markets and some of these markets didnt had the SIM card technology by the time this phone was released so:

Some 3360 dont use SIM and may not work on your cellhone provider.

Try asking your provider to see if you can activate the phone without SIM as some providers usually offered the service in the transition between technologies and standards.

Good Luck...

Motorola l6 phone, on orange, keeps displaying the ''insert sim' error.

i was having the same problem, when u place the sims card in the slot, make sure the little metal clip is slid up over the sims card to insure connection. I didnt realize at the time i was suppose to slid the that clip over the edge of the card. As soon as i did this it worked fine.
