If you are using European hinges then then you will need a 25mm forstner bit for your drill. Using a drill press with an adjustable depth stop is recomended.

One of the counter bakance springs OR the adjuster for it let go. I had a similar thing where the adjuster which was a thin metal "T" thing that screwed up into the spring as an adjuster folded and fell out of the spring.

Remove the bottom dress cover at the tope kick of the dishwasher. The springs are all accessable right there. The problem will be obvious. Just compare the two sides.

I had to beef up the "T" adjsuter in mine as it was too weak to continue holding in the spring.

One turns it into more or less coils of the spring to adjust the counterbalance.

If the hinge is out of alignment, or simply worn out, replacement may be necessary. But, if the problem is the cabinet door (warped, or enlarged screw-mount holes) a new hinge will give you the same issue you have now. A small magnetic catch may resolve your issue with less expense and no alignment needed. It involves a small (1" square) metal plate with a single screw which you attach near the the lower corner that hangs open. The complimentary magnet attaches to the door frame of the cabinet housing (inside the cabinet). Available at even small hardware stores, the catches cost about a buck, install in a minute or 2, and will discretely solve the problem shown in your video.
