My Panasonic PT-47WX53 47 inch rear projection TV does not power up. When I turn it on it only blinks once then turns off? From my research it seems to be the power suppy? Any suggestions?

Go back recheck ICs make sure you didnt forget to solder some of the Pins. Ch small blue capacitor next to hori output Transistor 2k volts,make sure it is OK,then resolder all the yoke plugins. Let me know if you need anymore help.
