Question about Kenmore 36 in. 33384 / 33385 / 33389 Gas Cooktop
It is probably just a dirty orifice. It should be in the center of the burner and have a small hole in the top of it. Use something small like a paper clip or safety pin and poke in that hole a few times to clean it out. Let me know if this helps.

Problem was the burner need to be screwed down tighter to put the sparker- a fraction of an centimeter closer to the heat deflector
