Hi

Pls check for updated driver for scanner on support.epson.com, because i believe that this printer doesn't have a wireless scanner server so the scanner will not work wirelessly.

Not sure how you're removing the driver, but if you go to control panel device manager remove the printer totally as an option; reboot and then reload the printer. You also need to identify the remote printer in the print sequence or as your default printer in set-up (device manager). Hope this helps.

Try unpluging for about ten minutes. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Make sure you have the driver CD or access to it on line before unsinstalling. If these steps don't help chances are it is internal problems and needs either replacement or repairs.
