i had the same problem before, don't worry,on a little software--windows password breaker, you can sovle your problem ,i download it at:
only four steps following:
1.log on a computer that is linked to internet. 2. Free download recover windows password 3.Burn the downloaded .ISO file onto a blank CD or a flash disk 4.Insert newly created CD or flash disk into the locked computer and then reboot it 5.select the account you wanna reset the Windows password .
Hi, if the computer says its locked, then you may need to insert your password to login, if you dont no this password, and you know there is another account which does not require a password you can simply restart the computer to access the other account, either by holding the power button for 3 seconds or by pressing the reset switch.
(NOTE: any unsaved data on the locked account will be lost).
If you are lucky, the system is running Windows XP home edition. Boot to the Safe mode (F8) at boot, and see if you have an option for an ADMINISTRATOR account if there is, the password should be blank. Then you can boot to that account, and reset the password on your account.
Here is a link to more information on dealing with a forgotten password.
If your OS is XP, try to get in to safe mode (press F8) durin´g start and create a new adminastrive account whit same password as you had before, if that dosent work whit that password try with a new one
Hate to say this .. if the BIOS is locked , there is nothing much, that can be done.
You need to call Dell Tech support , verify the account information and they would give you an unlock code for the BIOS . Once thats is done opening windows is easy .
u remove your battery in *********** board and On your computer and press F2 button then shout down your computer then fix the battery again in battery slot, when u start again your system, work properly ...........enjoy
